Cancellation Policy

A 24 hr cancellation policy with a full refund applies to tours cancelled, by us, due to bad weather or conditions. This tour requiring clear skies for a premium experience, if the organiser deems that the weather and or conditions are not suitable and will detract from the customer experience, or safety, we have a 24hr cancellation policy.

• If the tour is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
• If the tour is cancelled by you, no refund is provided.
