Returns & Refunds

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect fit.

Change of mind and sizing

Please check the size guide carefully before placing an order. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or replacements if:

• You change your mind after ordering

• You select the wrong size

• The item does not fit as expected

• You order the wrong colour or design

As our products are made specifically for each order, we cannot resell returned items.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, printing defect or is damaged during production, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply to it, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We'll review the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
